The European Commission is inviting comments on the current block exemption for liner shipping consortia from EU antitrust rules, which expires on 25 April 2020. In particular, it is seeking the views of shipping companies, shippers, freight forwarders, port operators and their respective associations. All stakeholders are invited to submit their views on the Commission's consultation website up to 20 December 2018.
