Simarco International has bought out fellow UK forwarders Formula Goss International (FGI) and Sutch and Searle.
FGI operates air, sea and road routes - including daily services to Italy and Gibraltar – from its offices in Bedford while Heathrow-based Sutch and Searle specialises in air freight.
