Two tenants for Gateway 14

The Gateway 14 development at Stowmarket, part of Freeport East, has gained planning consent for two buildings to be occupied by manufacturers of eco-friendly construction materials. Turkish-owned Assan Panel which manufactures sandwich panel construction materials and exports to 85 countries across the world, will invest £45m in an 86,565sq ft manufacturing building, bringing 100 jobs to the area.
