Yves Fargues, Chairman and CEO of GEFCO, is to retire from his role at GEFCO, on 1 July. GEFCO’s executive board is due to meet where it will be proposed that Mr Fargues be named non-executive chairman and Luc Nadal, currently freight transport and logistics director take up the position of CEO.

The new subsidiary, led by Aleksander Raczynski, is already delivering a broad range of services for the automotive and other industries and has opened an automotive centre in Lozen, south-east of Sofia, where vehicles are grouped together before being distributed.
