Hamburg’s HHLA makes tracks for the south

Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA)’s Metrans rail subsidiary is boosting services to south-eastern Europe following its acquisition in March of a 51% stake in Croatian Adria Rail. Metrans is now operating services to Adria Rail’s terminal at Indija, near the Serbian capital Belgrade, from where it will offer various transport options to and from South-Eastern Europe.
