ICHCA joins battle against food pests

Cargo handling body ICHCA has joined the Container Cleanliness Industry Advisory Group. CCIAG has been set up at the instigation of the UN Commission on Phytosanitary Measures to look at potential pest contamination on sea containers to provide advice on cleanliness of the interior and exterior of intermodal freight containers and their cargoes and the       risks of pest contamination.
