No more runaround for rail freight at Ipswich

GB Railfreight has tested the first freight train on the Ipswich Chord ahead of its commercial ,opening on 31 March. The £59 million project will allow trains to go directly from the Port of Felixstowe to the Midlands direction without having to go via London orfor the locomotive to run round its train at Ipswich goods yard.
