Kuehne+Nagel completes Apex purchase

Kuehne+Nagel has completed acquisition of Asian forwarder Apex International Corporation, following regulatory approvals. Apex is one of Asia’s leading freight forwarders, especially on the transpacific and intra-Asia trade routes, generating turnover of CHF 2.2 billion (£1.73bn) and had the seventh global air freight forwarding volume in 2020. Apex’s management team will continue to run the company, supported by KN group. [+]
