Turners to buy container haulier

Road haulier Turners of Soham has bought container haulier Macintyre Transport as part of its programme to expand its maritime activities. It will give Turners 400 vehicles operating at the ports of Felixstowe, Tilbury, Gateway and Southampton and at railhead terminals at Selby, Leeds, Manchester and Birmingham.
