Chapman Freeborn’s Magma Aviation arm has celebrated its 1000th flight in partnership with overland logistics organisation MidnightZulu, supporting Kenya’s economy and horticultural industry.
The service operates from Nairobi, Kenya to Liège, Belgium.
The airbridge was established in 2018, initially with three flights a week, increasing to four in 2019 operated by one of Magma Aviation’s fleet of B474-700F aircraft.

Chapman Freeborn‘s Magma Aviation air cargo arm has promoted Conor Brannigan from deputy chief executive to chief executive. He joined the business in July 2021. Former chief executive Ross moves to the role of strategic advisor to the Magma Aviation board.
