Esprit Warehousing and Docks Trafford Park terminal in Manchester has handled another large shipments via the Manchester Ship Canal.
Following the import on 19-20 September of four large silos from Europe, last week a 130 tonne transformer arrive from South Korea en route to Stalybridge.
The transformer traveled 15,400 miles by sea, via Rotterdam into the heart of Manchester, leaving only 21 miles to travel by road.
