FedEx buys forwarder Down Under

FedEx is to acquire Australian-based forwarding and logistics company Manton Air-Sea. The acquisition is expected to close later this year and is subject to conditions. Headquartered in Sydney, Manton will operate as a subsidiary of the FedEx Trade Networks forwarding arm. [+]
