Broekman buys Marico

Rotterdam-based logistics firm Broekman Group has acquired all the shares of air, ocean and project cargo specialist Marico. It includes Marico Scheepvaart, Marico Expedities and Uniteam Projects. The move intensifies Broekman's focus on logistics, forwarding and warehousing, having sold its Automotive division in December 2014. Marico will continue its activities at Schiedam, Schiphol and Eemshaven and its management will be kept on to supervise the transition. [+]
