Military placement scheme wins first battle

Skills for Logistics reports that its Military Work Placement Scheme has achieved a ratio of 30% job offers to placement since its launch in November. The scheme aims to fund companies to provide nearly 1,000 work placements to ex-forces personnel in 2013, in jobs ranging from senior director positions through operations management to driving.
