To Russia with love

Two Volga-Dnepr IL-76 freighters operated delivered two highly-sensitive satellites from Montreal in Canada, to Krasnoyarsk, Russia, in a temperature-controlled container. A diesel generator was hooked up during a scheduled technical stop in Haan Airport in Germany.  Following completion of the first flight, Volga-Dnepr moved the special satellite container back to Canada to prepare the second satellite for its delivery to Russia.
