MSC agrees Bolloré Africa deal

MSC Group has reached agreement for its 100% purchase of Bolloré Group’s Africa Logistics arm, including all shipping, logistics and terminals operations as well as its terminal operations in India, Haiti and Timor-Leste, for €5.7 billion. It follows a consultation process with employee representatives. Completion remains subject to the receipt of approvals, including those of competition authorities.   [+]
