New owner for IJS

Netherlands-based logistics service provider IJS Global has been acquired by the Dutch investment house, Nimbus. IJS Global is Nimbus' first involvement in the transport and logistics sector. IJS Global's senior management will remain in place, including Sjoerd van Loon as global chief executive officer, while Mike Gillett will become the global chief operating officer.   [+]
