Logistics defies recession in Northants

There has been a 10% growth in people working in the logistics and transport industry in the Midlands' 'Golden Triangle' region, says a new report commissioned by Northamptonshire Enterprise Partnership (NEP). It said that 27,000 (8%) of the county’s workforce is employed within this sector, double the national average and up by almost 1a tenth on the previous year.
