NTEX acquires in Europe

Freight forwarding and logistics company NTEX has acquired Scanroad Sweden and Scanroad France, its eighth and ninth acquisitions since 2017. NTEX was founded in Gothenburg in 2003 and has since grown to almost 600 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 2 billion.
