The members of the Ocean Alliance - CMA CGM, COSCO Shipping, Evergreen and OOCL – have revealed details of a new ‘Day 8’ service, following the extension of their agreement for at least five additional years, from 2027 to 2032.
The new service pattern aims to maintain reliability in the face of the unstable situation in the Red Sea, which ships taking the longer route via the Cape of Good Hope.
