Nippon Express to take on Panasonic Logistics shares

Nippon Express has signed a memorandum of understanding with Panasonic Corporation to transfer a part of its shares in the latter's Panasonic Logistics wholly owned subsidiary. Nippon Express will set up a new company that will offer logistics platform in the electronics industry. The two companies aim to finalise an agreement by the end of May. [+]
