Pentagon grows its own talent

Aberdeen forwarder Pentagon Freight Services has launched an apprenticeship scheme aimed at redressing the industry’s skills shortages. The company, which specialises in oil and gas equipment, is taking on three young recruits who will undergo 15 weeks of training within the operations team.
