Rhenus to buy Hungary’s ITS Logistics

German forwarder Rhenus is to acquire ITS Logistics Hungary KFT, subject to Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) screening. The company is a long-time partner of Rhenus, and is based in Vecsés, just on the outskirts of the capital Budapest.
