Danish buy readies Rhenus for Nordic transformation

Rhenus has bought Danish road, sea and air transport specialist, Modul Transport. It specialises in European road freight groupage shipments and air and ocean cargo, with Rhenus Road Freight taking over both the Modul Transport and Modul Air Cargo divisions, which operate from Copenhagen and Vejle in Jutland.
