Port of Rotterdam Authority and Rotterdam World Gateway has announced a plan to expand the Prinses Amaliahaven on the Maasvlakte.
The scheme will add about 45 hectares to the existing 100ha and 920 metres of quay wall and will increase RWG’s capacity by 1.8 million TEU in phases, with the first stage expected to be operational by the end of 2025.
