Scan Global Logistics has opened its first offices in Saudi Arabia, at Riyadh and Jeddah. A further office is planned for 2024 in Dammam in the East province. The new managing director of Saudi Arabia is Mohamed Afifi. The new offices will start with 20-25 employees in the first year and are expected to grow to 50 employees in the second year.

Scan Global Logistics has achieved Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Pharma certification for 19 sites in nine countries and plans to extend implementation to other sites during 2024. The audit was conducted by DNV and is valid for three years, subject to yearly audits.
