NTG Nordic Transport Group’s NTG Germany arm has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of road and logistics services provider Schmalz+Schön Holdings.
The company has 330 employees and 27 sites across Germany, doubles NTG’s revenue in Germany and significantly strengthens the company’s European network.
