French forwarder SDV is to be renamed Bolloré Logistics, reflecting the name of its long-standing shareholder, the Bolloré Group. The company operates in 102 countries with 36,000 employees in four businesses: multimodal transport and logistics; port terminal management; rail operation and oil logistics and distribution.
