Spacewaye space going fast

Property developer Segro has signed two new deals on its soon to be completed Central Spacewaye site on the North Feltham Trading Estate near Heathrow Cargo Centre. Art logistics company Williams & Hill has taken a 25,898 sq ft unit on the estate while commercial aerospace aftermarket firm Satair Group has taken a 19,192 sq ft unit, both on a 15-year lease.
