Culina’s Stobart to take on German car transport firm

Stobart Europe, part of Culina Group, has signed an agreement to take over German-owned car transport business Suloja Autotransporte for an undisclosed amount. Monchengladbach-based Suloja Autotransporte is a mid-size player in automotive logistics in Germany and a profitable business with a 2023 turnover of €6.8m. It employs some 30 staff and operates a specialist fleet of 20 vehicles that in 2023 transported over 35,000 vehicles across Germany. [+]
