More Russian TIR restrictions

Russian Customs has extended its restrictions on TIR guarantees to the Central Customs region, reports the International Road Transport Union (IRU). Offices affected include Central Customs Region Bryansk, Belgorod, Vladimir, Voronezh, Ivanovo, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Moscow, Moscow Regional, Smolensk, Tver, Tula, Central Operativnaya and Yaroslavl. Regions already affected are North Caucasus, Southern, Far Eastern, Siberian, Ural and Volga plus Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo airports. [+]
