New chiefs for ports group

Forth Ports chief executive, Charles Hammond, has taken over as chair of the UK Major Ports Group from Associated British Ports’ James Cooper. While PD Ports chief operating officer, Jerry Hopkinson takes over as vice chair from Roy Adair of Belfast Harbour. UKMPG has also appointed Bristol Port Company chief executive officer David Brown as an additional with a focus on safety, health and skills. [+]
