UPS has begun testing the use of drones for commercial deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations with manufacturer CyPhy Works. Testing began 22 September with a mock delivery of urgently needed medicine from Beverly, Massachusetts to Children’s Island, three miles off the Atlantic coast.
