On the move with an Antonov

Volga-Dnepr Airlines’ used one of its Antonov AN-124-100 freighters to deliver over 90 tons of oilfield equipment from Calgary in Canada to the Russian city of Surgut. The transportation was ordered by CIS region forwarder Dialog Freight International. [+]

Two Volga-Dnepr IL-76 freighters operated delivered two highly-sensitive satellites from Montreal in Canada, to Krasnoyarsk, Russia, in a temperature-controlled container. Volga adds a fifth

Volga-Dnepr Airlines has added a fifth new IL-76TD-90VD cargo aircraft to its fleet. The modernised 50-tonne capacity plane made its first commercial flight in June. It meets all current and future ICAO standards and can operate globally without any limitations.  [+]
