Wallenius Wilhelmsen’s latest HERO’ class vehicle carrying vessel has made its maiden call to ABP's Port of Southampton.
The Titus is the latest in a fleet of eight new vessels that are being phased in and feature an efficient exhaust gas cleaning system that produces less than 0.1% sulphur emissions.
The new class of vessel is also wider than its predecessors allowing it to carry greater volumes of cargo.

Car carrying ro ro operator Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics has signed an agreement with partner company Groupe CAT to acquire its 50% shares in CAT-WWL, a joint venture network of ten vehicle processing facilities based in South Africa. The transaction is subject to approval by competition authorities in South Africa.
