West Mids rail hub appoints designer

West Midlands Interchange has appointed Winvic Construction as its design stage delivery partner. The 734 acre site will offer over 8m sq ft of commercial space, in units ranging from 200,000 to 1.2m sq ft, along with a dedicated rail link.
