WFS to buy US handler

Airfreight handler Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) is to acquire Consolidated Aviation Services (CAS) in the US. WFS itself was acquired by Platinum Equity in September 2015, and is present at over 145 major airports in more than 22 countries, handling over 4 million tons of cargo a year.
