Delamode parent company Xpediator is acquiring Basildon-headquartered Benfleet Forwarding for £6.55 million. With offices in Dover, Chelmsford, Trento in Italy and Ploiesti in Romania, it specializes in the movement of flooring, machinery, household goods and garments with services in Italy, Greece, Portugal, Turkey and the Far East.
Benfleet’s managing director, Jason Herring, will continue to run the business.
