TAPA strengthens board team
[ February 9, 2021 // Chris ]The Transported Asset Protection Association (TAPA) has made a number of appointments to its leadership and advisory board teams in the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region.
It has appointed Ap Boom as the Association’s new Chief Financial & Compliance Officer. A former volunteer member of the board, he joins TAPA EMEA in a new full-time role after more than 20 years in the security industry.
Markus Prinz has also joined the full-time team in the newly-created role of senior manager, training and standards. He previously led the Association’s Security Standards training programme and spent over 20 years with logistic services providers in Germany.
Other members elected to the Advisory Board are Marcel Saarloos of HP Inc, Mark Grüntjes of Boehringer Ingelheim Corporate Center, Björn Hartong of Zurich Insurance, Paul Linders of CEVA Logistics.
