Torque gets under the skin of underwear firm

Logistics provider Torque has got together with London-based start up company Nubian Skin – which offers “a carefully edited collection of lingerie and hosiery to provide the essential underwear needs of women of colour.”

Torque is providing warehouse and logistics operations for direct customers and wholesale accounts, including freight; e-fulfilment; customs support; quality checking; pick and pack; distribution and returns management. It has also taken Nubian Skin through the rigorous customs process for commercial invoicing, sourced packaging and labelling and provided advice to support the launch and ongoing operations.

Torque seem to be carving out a niche in this area; other customers include Curvy Kate, a “premium lingerie brand for ladies with a fuller bust.”
