Two more Midlands sites for WE Deane

Freight forwarder WE Deane has opened two new depots in Birmingham, bringing the total number of its Midlands depots to three. The two new locations will support customers including  automotive manufacturers.

With vehicles rotating on an hourly basis 24 hours per day, new depots will support sequencing of parts to Midlands car production lines

Group Managing Director Rob Falconer commented: “The opening of our two new warehouses has further cemented the company’s ability to broaden its scope across the Midlands and to better service the various OEMs across the region.”

The company has 70 staff based in the UK, along with others in South African and the Netherlands.

As well as general forwarding services it also provides tailor-made logistics for companies that wish to outsource their warehousing, packing, distribution, storage and shipping requirements.
