Tyne boosts vets’ wellbeing
[ May 24, 2019 // Chris ]Port of Tyne has made a £1,000 donation to North East mental health charity, Anxious Minds, to help support its work to deliver mental health projects for veterans and their families across North Tyneside.
The volunteer-led organisation that provides in-house and online support for people from a counselling centre in Wallsend and a recovery centre in Meadow Well. The grant from the port’s Community Action Fund was awarded by a panel of employees.
