Ulster to stay in Single Market for food and industrial products?

Fine Gael senator Neale Richmond has told the BBC’s Today programme that under the PM’s Brexit plans, Northern Ireland would remain in the EU single market for agri-food and industrial products, for four years. However, there would still be “additional checks” on the island of Ireland which he described as “extremely disappointing”.
