UPS crash claims two lives

The pilot and co-pilot of a UPS A300 freighter were killed when it crashed on the approach to Birmingham, Alabama, airport at 6.11am on 14 August. The plane was en route from Louisville, Kentucky. A fatal UPS 747-400F crash near Dubai in 2010 was blamed in a recently-published report on a fire in a cargo of lithium batteries
