UPS man returns to his roots
[ January 17, 2024 // Chris Lewis ]UPS has appointed Michiel van Veen as country manager for Benelux. A Dutch native, he was previously country manager for Nordics and Ireland, where he introduced new flights between Billund and Cologne and the US and Ireland. He also oversaw the launch of UPS Ireland’s Access Point network, creating hundreds of new delivery points. He joined UPS in 1997 as a part-time driver in Eindhoven before taking on roles in the Benelux and as country manager for Austria, Slovenia, and Switzerland.
