XPO lady drivers get together

XPO is holding its fourth annual Female Drivers Forum today at the company’s national distribution centre in Crick, Northamptonshire.

As in previous years, all XPO Logistics female drivers are invited to attend the Forum, which is designed to provide a safe space to bring any matters of concern to the attention of senior management and is also a valuable networking opportunity.

Lynn Brown, vice president, human resources—UK and Ireland, says the initiative aims to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.

Previous XPO Female Driver Forums have led to more female driver trainer being recruited and a new female driver´s uniform to make work more comfortable.
